Common questions

Is there a trial?
Pro and Quant start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged. After that, cancel from SettingsManage subscription and access runs to the end of the billing period. Free is free, no card.
Do I need a TradingView subscription?
No. ChartForge has its own chart engine and data. The Pine v6 library on Pro and Quant is a bonus for people who also chart on TradingView.
What does the AI assistant know?
It is briefed on the live chart: what the market is doing right now, the latest opening-move signals and their grades, recent candles, upcoming economic events and your open paper positions. Ask why a setup fired or what the win rate has been in markets like today. The daily message allowance is per account and resets at midnight UTC.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the customer portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
